The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Appointments are available after 5:00 pm on Monday through Thursday by request.  We also sometimes use the hour between 5 pm  and 6 pm for discharges and treatments.  Although we do not answer the phone after 5 pm,  you can leave a message on the machine and if we are still in the hospital we will call you back.

All EMERGENCIES after 5 pm are referred to Pacific Veterinary Emergency Hospital in Capitola at 476-0667.  If your pet has an emergency late in the day, you will be best served by going to a practice that remains open all night for continued care.
